This stunning home, which stands proudly on a green hillside, boasts a spectacular 60-foot infinity pool overlooking the bay and providing breathtaking views of the ocean, Saba, St Martin and Fourchue Island, Bonhomme and Toc Vert. This luxurious holiday home features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also includes an open-plan dining, living, and kitchen area, a large terrace, jacuzzi and outdoor sound system. The design is clean and elegant with soothing Beton Cire flooring and white walls. Open air design allows the sea breeze to pass through, but you also have the option to close the doors and stay in on a rare, rainy night. The elevated setting provides privacy but allows for easy access to the shops and restaurants of nearby towns.
There are five luxuriously designed ensuite bedrooms in this property. Each is air-conditioned and has standard features like a European King bed, ceiling fan, HDTV with CanalSat, DirecTV dish network, Bose sound systems, iPod connection and a key safe. These rooms can accommodate up to 10 people. There are three bedrooms located on the main level, all with access to the sundeck. Whilst the two bedrooms on the lower level are slightly smaller than the other three, they still offer stunning views and access to the outdoor Jacuzzi to make up for it. All ensuite bathrooms have spacious layouts and are fitted with premium toiletries, vanities, and fixtures.

A lovely gazebo, perched at the top of the hill, offers a comfortable place to relax and chat while enjoying stunning views. There is also a large outdoor jacuzzi, and a fitness room with weights.
Enjoy the luxurious design, spaciousness, and comfort of the plush seating area. There are also a number of modern conveniences such as HDTV and Canal Sat. The living room has direct TV, Apple TV, and iPod connectivity. Wood panelled cabinets, stainless counters, and appliances separate the kitchen from the living space by an elegant island table. It also has a mini bar and two large refrigerators. Either you can cook for yourself or hire a professional chef to create an unforgettable dining experience in your holiday home at the large dining table that can accommodate up to ten people.
The concierge team will be there to assist you with any questions or concerns during your stay. Your stay package includes arrival and departure transfers, daily housekeeping (except Sundays or public holidays), and welcome gifts. Surrounded by mountains, Gouverneur Beach is known for its crystal clear waters, white sand and fantastic hiking paths. You can charter a boat for a tour of the beaches and coves of St Bart’s. Saline Beach is undoubtedly one of the most visited beaches in St Bart’s and is only three minutes from the villa.
