Villa Kaya guests can choose between four bedrooms, each beautifully decorated to allow you to drift off to sleep after a long day. Each room has stunning ocean views and air conditioning units to keep you cool even in the summer heat. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, mosquito-screen and flat-screen TV. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, whilst the other has a king-sized bed. The bathrooms are equipped with rain shower heads and resort-like amenities, so you can unwind in total privacy at night.

Outside, you will find a lush setting with al fresco dining areas where you can enjoy the view and the weather while you eat. The heated swimming pool is the crowning jewel of the villa. It has steps down into it, so that everyone can enjoy it without worry. You will find deck chairs around the pool that guests can use to dry off in the sun or work on their tan. A well-equipped gas barbecue is located near the sun deck, so don't be afraid to stock up on fresh produce to cook in the evening. Enjoy a cocktail as you watch the sun set on the upper deck.
This same feeling of well-being is carried into the interior of this villa. You'll find a large living room with flat-screen TV and dish network. This area features a bar, so you can enjoy your favourite beverages while you watch the TV on the white leather sofas. The villa's kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals in the privacy of your own home.
