The ground floor has a queen-sized bedroom that is ideal for couples or parents with children. The bedroom has a satellite TV, an iPod connection and a dressing area. The ensuite bathroom includes a rain shower, his/her sinks and a hairdryer. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a European King-size bed. It also has its own terrace which provides more privacy. Both are air-conditioned, and both have large windows that offer stunning views of the sea from up above. Orange curtains and cushions add a splash of colour. Both have ensuite bathrooms.
Villa Cypraea allows you to enjoy the Caribbean climate. It has a sun deck, barbecue grill and a beautiful private swimming pool. The pool is located at the edge of the cliff. Imagine yourself sitting outside and taking in the stunning views of the sea, gazing out at the sea of stars in the evening and listening to the waves lapping the shore. A large terrace is located at the poolside, with sun loungers and areas that can be used to relax after a swim or sunbathe.
Villa Cypraea has been designed to be modern and comfortable. The living room is spacious and open, with a comfortable living area. The living room sofa can be used by four people to relax and watch TV, or plan their St Bart’s vacation. The high ceiling allows for natural sunlight and breezes to flow. Just behind the sofa is the four-seat dining table. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, and there is an island where you can prepare meals. You will find an oven, microwave and refrigerator as well as a blender, ice maker, and a toaster in the fully-equipped kitchen.
This luxurious property was designed for ease of use. You will find toiletries, towels and hair dryers in the bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning. For your privacy and security, the estate is fully fenced. You can create the ideal holiday mood with the indoor/outdoor sound system. You can use the barbecue and kitchen appliances to prepare a meal, or hire a professional chef. The housekeeping staff will be available six days per week.
Villa Cypraea is located in Flamands, on the northwest tip of St Bart’s. It boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in St. Bart's. The scenic Anse des Flamands, or the Bay of Flamands, is very popular and draws many tourists. You can swim here, but be aware that the waves can sometimes be quite strong. For food, you can visit La Langouste, Chez Roland and La Case de L'Isle.
