Villa Tichka

There are only two bedrooms in this villa that can accommodate up to four people, which makes it an ideal choice for couples or parents with children who wish to vacation by the Caribbean sea. They are both beautifully decorated and provide a peaceful ambiance that will allow you to sleep better and get up refreshed for the next day. The first bedroom features a four-poster, king-size bed with a view to the sea. It leads to a private deck hidden behind palm trees. More modern in design, the second bedroom is larger and opens onto the terrace that offers direct views of the sea. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have an ensuite. Both have large king-sized beds, satellite TVs, DVDs, and in-room safes.

As you approach this villa, you will notice a vast stretch of white sand. The Caribbean is visible from here, with sailboats moored at Colombier and the islands Of Fortune, St. Maartin and Anguilla. You may find it so beautiful that you will want to stay there for the duration of your holiday, and beyond! You will find the beach by following the staircase through the rose- and coconut-scented garden. Villa Tichka is just 20 feet from Flamands, the most popular beach in St. Bart’s. At the edge is the glass-tiled infinity pool. You can relax on the teakwood pool terrace and let the Caribbean sun dry your skin after a swim. You can also relax here if you don't feel like going to the beach. Instead, spend the evening enjoying a barbecue under the stars on the terrace.

Two walls form the living room that open to the terrace and the ocean. The interior allows for the Caribbean breeze to flow freely through the house. The sofas are deep-cushioned and surround a TV, DVD and stereo system, keeping you entertained throughout the night. You will find many modern appliances in the kitchen, including an oven, microwave and toaster, a blender and coffee maker. Prepare a meal indoors or outdoors; the choice is yours!

Villa Tichka, Flamands Beach, has everything you need to enjoy a luxurious holiday. The pool is available for you and your family at all times, and you are welcome to use your villa's kitchen, appliances, air-conditioning and television whenever you please. A separate freezer and ice machine are also available for keeping food and drink cool. Housekeeping staff will be available six days a week so you can handle cleaning up. For an additional fee, you can request on-demand services such as an airport transfer, a professional masseur or a chef.
