It has glass walls that are fully retractable to open it up and the property’s other doors are made from louvred wood with soft natural tones. There is even a home office behind a wall made of wood panels, which gives the space a whimsical reminder to those who use it for work calls. The villa also offers amenities such as a heated infinity pool and a gazebo that can be used above the water for guests to enjoy their days with.
Villa Caro has five double bedrooms that can sleep up to 10 people, all of which are fitted with high-quality furniture and features. Three of them can be found at the front and split between the right and left wings of the living room. The final two rooms are located in separate bungalows and have beautiful views of the garden. The main house has king-size beds, while the bungalows are fitted with twin bedding that can be configured to provide additional king-sized beds.
The outdoor terrace has a heated infinity pool that looks out at the vast oceans below whilst a gazebo hovers just above the pool water so guests can dip their feet and relax without getting wet. The wooden platform is surrounded by sunbeds and lounge chairs while a covered alfresco dining area with seating for 10 and a table offers a comfortable social space for eating.

You can use the retractable glass walls to open up completely, whilst other doors are made from louvred wood, in soft natural tones. The contemporary living area is bright and airy, with a minimalist layout. A fully-equipped kitchen , complete with a breakfast bar counter, and high-back stools, is located next door and should guests need to work or meet, a long set of wooden panels runs the length of the house hiding a small office space. The home’s wooden shutter create a tropical atmosphere for guests.
The villa team are on hand to attend to every guest's needs and provide top-quality hospitality. The housekeeping team cleans and maintains the villa every day, except Sundays and on public holidays. There is an in-house concierge who can assist with all arrangements and other details. Guests arriving at the villa will be met at the harbour or airport and escorted to the villa.
Villa Caro is situated in Lurin on a hilltop, which is one of the most prestigious areas in St Bart’s and is perched high above the towns of Gustavia and St Jean. The property is the perfect location for guests to visit beaches such as Shell Beach or Gouverneur Beach, which are both within easy driving distance. It is also close enough to Gustavia to enjoy some shopping and meals.
