Villa Alta Vista guests have the option of four bedrooms spread evenly throughout the property. Guests will also have access to three bathrooms, so you'll never be waiting for the shower! Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, crisp, luxurious linens, air conditioning units, a programmable safe, and screened windows. It is perfect for those who prefer to sleep with the windows open to listen to the waves. You'll find HDTVs with Apple TV in the bedrooms for a cosy night in, whilst two of the bedrooms feature their own ensuite bathrooms with hair dryers.

The Villa has plenty of shrubbery to provide shade from the sun, and there is plenty of outdoor seating for you to relax in and read a book or sip a cocktail.
Villa Alta Vista's interior is equally impressive, offering plenty of comforts for those lazy days spent at home with the family. The large living room features screened windows and Wi-Fi, so you can post your beachy photos on Instagram from anywhere in the villa. It is ideal for entertaining your loved ones, sit around of an evening and play a game of Uno! You can also dine in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a blender, juicer and espresso machine.
The Villa has a coded gate access system to ensure your safety so you can park your car on the Villa's premises for free. A TV room is available with video games, Apple TV or Canal Sat, and you can upload your holiday photos to social media using free Wi-Fi anywhere in the house.
Villa Alta Vista is nestled in the Grand Cul de Sac neighbourhood, a scenic area known for its turquoise and emerald waters. The Grand Cul de Sac Beach is just a short distance from the Villa. Here you can enjoy snorkelling, scuba diving or other boating activities, such as kayaking. This particular lagoon is well-known throughout St. Bart's because of its extraordinary clarity, it’s worth a visit for a special day out with the family.
