The Villa Chanticleer is a living monument in St Bart's history that is now available to rent. St Bart’s, a French overseas collection of islands, is located in the West Indies, or Les Antilles. The architecture of the villa is a great example of colonial grandeur. Guests will feel like they have gone back in time thanks to the antique furniture, the classic artworks, and the highest quality fabric materials. Villa Chanticleer is located on the island of Petite-Saline, which overlooks the Lorient Bay. The villa has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people. It is spread over several bungalows on a large plot of land with densely planted gardens giving guests privacy and plenty of space.

Five bedrooms are richly designed with colonial-inspired vibes and can accommodate 10 guests. The first bedroom is situated next to the kitchen, in its own bungalow. The second and third bedrooms have their own bungalows that lead out to the garden. Guests can also find the two remaining bedrooms at the back of the property. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own luxurious ensuite bathroom. This area has ample parking and a fitness area.
From the privacy of their bedrooms, Villa Chanticleer guests have breathtaking views of the azure waters beyond. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and dense gardens. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the paved walkways to take in the sights and smell the flowers. You can enjoy the terrace's heated swimming pool or integrated jacuzzi while you sip your cocktails. Sundeck chairs and other seating are also available. Although it is currently being renovated, the villa has its own tennis court that guests can use.
The indoors are infused with colonial elements and design that create a historical atmosphere. The large, open-plan living space is the hub of social gatherings for guests. Here you will find valuable colonial-era antique furniture. It also has wooden ceiling boards that run the length of the house. The hall is open on both sides, allowing for plenty of warm island air to flow in. A charming dining area and fully-equipped cooking space are also located adjacent to the living room.
The Villa Chanticleer team will provide the highest level of hospitality and services to guests. The staff at Villa Chanticleer will meet guests at the airport and harbour to take them to their car rental. They will also personally transport them to the villa on their departure day. Guests will receive a welcome gift pack including Hermes toiletries, and a concierge who is available to assist guests with any queries. Every villa has its own housekeeping crew and maids who visit every day except Sundays.
There are many beaches to choose from that offer great day trips. These include Saline Beach, which is remote and unspoiled, and Lorient Beach, where guests can have fun with their families. You can enjoy a variety of water sports here like fishing, surfing, and diving. In the nearby village of Lorient you will find two grocery stores, a bakery, and a burger bar.
