Villa Coco is a modern vacation home located in Camaruche, St Bart’s. It offers stunning views of the surrounding islands from its many vantage points, whilst the living room has a fantastic view of the ocean. This luxury property includes three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a fully-equipped gym, open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas as well as a swimming pool, a large sundeck and plenty of terrace space. It is available for up to six guests and is close to the village of Lorient and the beach at Saline.
There arethree luxuriously-designed, air-conditioned bedrooms in this beautiful home. To ensure privacy, the rooms are separated. The bedroom to the left of the living/dining room is the master and is decorated in Carribean style with super-plush king-sized beds, ensuite bathroom, wooden windows and doors, and generous closet space. You can access the second and third bedroom via the staircase. It has its own jacuzzi, alcove, and outdoor seating. Unique design features include an integrated bathroom with dual vanities and rain shower, as well as a walk-in closet.
The outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying peace and quiet. The private terrace can be used for yoga lessons or a relaxing massage. The green lawn extends to the house's edge and invites you to move one of the deckchairs under the coconut tree branches for a nap. The large, nautilus-shaped infinity-pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor space. It is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds so guests can take in the stunning sunsets and classic Caribbean charm all through the day.
You can leave your flip-flops or shoes at the door and enjoy the relaxed vibes of this villa. Ascend the steps to the deck to take in the magnificent view of Lorient Bay and the islands beyond. Just a few steps away, you will find the modern, fully-equipped kitchen. It opens onto a comfortable living area with a large, flat screen TV and satellite channels. Beyond that, there is a cosy dining area for up to 10 people to share meals. You will find the ideal vantage point to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunset from a comfortable alcove which can be shared by eight people in the informal seating area that surrounds it. The well-equipped gym, which is located on the same floor as the bedroom, has a Technogym weight machine, treadmill, rowing and cycling machines, as well as a stunning sea view.
The friendly and professional staff at the home will be available to help you throughout your stay. All services included in your package include daily cleaning (except Sundays, public holidays), premium welcome gifts, arrival and departure transfer. Any additional services such as private chef or private yoga lessons, private masseur, and childcare, which can be arranged separately.
The villa is conveniently located near many tourist attractions. If you are looking for fresh fish or other seafood, head to Lorient's fish market for a wide selection of fresh seafood. For sun, sand and sea, Lorient beach is just minutes away. The beaches of St Jean, Saline and Marigot are all within easy driving distance. You will find delicious cuisines from around the globe in the restaurants near the villa, which offer a true culinary feast. Outdoor adventure enthusiasts can enjoy kitesurfing, snorkelling, and hiking up the volcanic hills.
