The Villa Edunia, a newly constructed villa, is located on the Lurin hillsides near Gustavia. It has floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the blue sky and sea. This retreat has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an open-plan living area, a chic kitchen and a large terrace. It also features a gas barbecue, sundeck, heated infinity pool, and many other amenities. Sunset is the best time to see these stunning views. Eduardo Kac, a contemporary British-American artist, was the home's namesake. His work can be found throughout the home in soft Carribean colours as well as warm-toned natural timber. These attractive features, combined with ample windows, allows the cool island breezes to blow through creating a serene and comfortable atmosphere.
Four lovely ensuite bedrooms are spread over two floors. All rooms have super plush twin beds that can be made into a king, a programmable safe for important documents, an Apple TV, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. All rooms offer ocean views, while bedrooms one and two have direct access to the pool area. The spacious ensuite bathroom features high-quality fixtures, luxurious toiletries and a relaxing rain shower.
Heated Pool
The best view of the ocean is from the front, where there is a heated infinity pool that extends out to the front. Here you will find a large dining table and comfortable seating, a popular spot for gatherings, shaded by the trees. The retreat's backyard has a large grassy area that is perfect for children, as well as a barbecue area and another seating area. There are also loungers to take in the views. Enjoy the stunning views from the sundeck/terrace, while sipping a chilled cocktail or wine. This terrace is protected from the sun and sporadic tropical rains by the vaulted roof and ceiling of the indoor living space. It also unifies the property's design.
The large living room overlooks the pool with floor to ceiling glass doors that open up to the outdoor spaces, ensuring that guests don't miss any of the beautiful scenery. You can either air-condition this area or leave it open to the outside to let the warm Caribbean breeze through.
Villa Edunia's friendly staff will make your vacation unforgettable. They can stock up the house, organise cocktails at sunrise and sunset, and arrange car rentals. These extra services come at an additional cost.
