Villa Epicure's seven bedrooms are designed to maximise natural light, have calming colours, offering sea views and with ample closet space. Many of the bedrooms at Villa Epicure are separate, with some on their own floors while others accessible only from outside. Two additional bedrooms are on the same level as the living room and can be accessed from the outside. The remaining 4 bedrooms are located downstairs. One bedroom can be used as an independent bedroom while two others can be combined to create a larger suite for families with young children. The last bedroom is a large suite that has its own kitchenette and shares a large terrace
The 18-metre heated pool runs horizontally along the wooden terrace deck with sun beds and loungers on either side. To protect children and guests from the edge of the pool, a low glass wall runs along the deck which overlooks the ocean and its horizons. The deck's sheltered section features an alfresco dining area with solid chairs and dining table for guests and a lounge area that offers outdoor furniture and sofas to make guests feel cosy and comfortable.
The main floor's design and furnishings are modern and stylish. The large living room includes L-shaped sectional sofas and is decorated in a monochrome grey-white colour scheme. The magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide angle allowing the stunning outdoor views to flood in. They can also be opened to let the Caribbean breeze blow through. The living area includes a dining area with a mahogany-coloured table and stools. However, the kitchen is the focal point of the space and boasts a modern, well-equipped and spacious kitchen. Other indoor amenities include a cold room and a gym for guests to keep up their fitness regime while on holiday.
The staff will treat guests with the utmost hospitality, and provide top-notch services. The housekeeping team maintains the cleanliness of the villa every day, except Sundays and on public holidays. There is an in-house concierge who can assist guests with any arrangements, organisation, and other details they may need. Upon arrival, guests will be met at the airport/harbor and taken to their villa.
The Marine Reserve is located nearby in Marigot, which is considered the quietest eastern side of St Bart’s, this area is almost completely devoid of tourists. Here guests can explore some of the peaceful beaches, as well as a charming cove.
