Villa Teora is a chic holiday home featuring designer furniture by Christian Liaigre, and can be found just a few steps away from the beach. It overlooks the tranquil bay to the west and Grand Cul de Sac lagoon. It offers a sanctuary for easy living, with a pleasant design and breathtaking views. It can accommodate four people and has a hardwood deck running the length of the house, an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and a large plunge pool to cool off during hot days. This property is also within an easy drive to Gustavia, St. Jean, and a supermarket.
Two ensuite bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed. The master bedroom has a luxurious Euro king-sized bed and ample closet space and there is also direct access to the pool deck through a huge glass door. The ensuite bathroom features a large shower, high-end fixtures, vanities, and premium toiletries. The second bedroom is located on a lower level and can be accessed via an outdoor staircase. It has twin beds and a private bath with a relaxing rain shower. This room is air-conditioned for added comfort.
A hardwood deck runs along the exterior of the house and the large covered terrace is available for indoor and outdoor dining with its’ large wooden table. The stunning swimming pool is located nearby and is surrounded with loungers allowing guests to relax and enjoy the cool, clear water.
The elegantly furnished interior living area, with its luxurious sofas and entertainment system, opens directly onto the terrace revealing the beautiful views. For privacy, the huge sliding glass doors can be shut allowing guests to make the most of the air conditioning. Although the kitchen is small, it is well-equipped with modern appliances such as a gas oven, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine and a medium-sized Liebherr fridge. Preparing all your meals or snacks will be stress free.
Our friendly staff will assist you with any questions you may have during your stay and you will be welcomed as guests into the home with gifts. The housekeepers will be assigned to clean the property every day from Monday through Saturday and our concierge team will be happy to help with additional services such as babysitting, grocery shopping and dining arrangements. These additional services are available at an additional cost.
The beach is only a short walk away and the nearest supermarket is just 2 minutes away. The home is about 10 minutes away from Gustavia or St. Jean, which have trendy restaurants, shops and attractions. Shared parking is available for those who have a car (with the villa next door). It is recommended that you have a small car, although this is not necessary for easy access to the surrounding areas.
