The villa has three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people. One bedroom is located in its own bungalow at the back side of the villa, which offers more privacy for guests. Two additional bedrooms are located on each side of the living area. These two rooms have king-sized beds whilst the third has twins. You will feel relaxed and comfortable at night with crisp linens and extra cushions. The first bedroom has a view to the terrace and also features a large window that gives you a great view of the surrounding area. Two of the other rooms open onto the balcony. All three rooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms, wardrobes, dressing rooms, study tables, irons and ironing boards.
Villa Heloa's front has a beautiful terrace that allows you to spend the entire day enjoying the views of the mountains and seascapes. You can enjoy the private swimming pool at your leisure. You can also relax on a poolside chaise longue and enjoy a drink. You will find a small, fenced-in garden to your left. In the evening you can grill food on the terrace's barbecue.
The large living space is brightened by natural light flooding in from the terrace. The room is fully open and allows direct access to the pool and sunny terrace. This room has a tall vaulted ceiling that adds a traditional Caribbean touch. The living room is stylish, but casual and comfortable where all guests can enjoy the sofas. A 6-seat dining table is available, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a fridge, oven, microwave and juicer. The breakfast bar is a highlight of the villa.
The owner of the villa is committed to making sure guests feel comfortable and at ease. There are plenty of sun loungers and chairs for you to relax in on the property. You can relax by the pool with a refreshing drink in your hand. Two parking spots are available at the entrance to the villa. You will find crockery in the kitchen, as well as many modern appliances. Extra services such as cleaning, transfers, or a private chef can be added for an additional cost.
Villa Heloa is located in Pointe Milou, in northeastern Saint Bart’s. This is the quieter part of the island, surrounded by beautiful beaches and bays. Order groceries by phone, or Mono Shop, the supermarket, is only a five-minute drive away. Le Ti is a great place to eat, whilst the Sisley Spa and Christopher Hotel are both nearby.
