The villa has five bedrooms spread over two levels, with two rooms on the upper level and three additional bedrooms located on the lower. The spacious rooms are bright and sunny and feature a large, comfortable euro king size bed. Bedrooms one, two, and three offer beautiful views of the ocean and pool, whilst bedrooms four and five, which can be interconnected, offer lovely views of the garden. Each room is decorated with luxury and flair. It also includes a hideaway HDTV and satellite TV. These beautiful retreats include dressing rooms. Each bedroom features a stunning ensuite bathroom, each of which is luxurious and offers a relaxing spa-like experience. The spacious ensuites have a beautiful mix of chic and style and are finished in rich marbles and travertine.

One of the highlights of this wonderful villa is true indoor/outdoor living capabilities. The covered terrace is accessed from the lovely home, and has a large lounge and dining space. A second alfresco dining space is in the rear courtyard, perfect for entertaining with a BBQ, wet bar and outdoor bathroom and shower.There are also various areas to relax outdoors enjoying views out across the the bay and Atlantic Ocean beyond. . Everyone will love the large swimming pool on the lower level of the home, with space to swim laps, relax and enjoy the seemingly endless views across the water, and soak up the rays. The second smaller pool is on the upper level, more private and secluded with ample space to relax and enjoy a good book or afternoon nap.. Pool towels and sun umbrellas are provided. Long leisurely days enjoying the outdoors and fabulous alfresco meals are a must, making wonderful memories with family and friends.

The pristine white frames capture the beauty of picture postcard views and draw attention instantly. You can enjoy the stunning views from the white leather sofas. The lounge area features a large HDTV with Bose surround audio, Direc TV and Kaleidoscope DVD. It also has Sonos music system. All of this can be controlled via Redeye on iphones or ipads.
Lower level houses an office. This quiet space is perfect for working or relaxing with a book. If desired, this can be converted into a staff bedroom. The outdoor covered terrace is directly adjacent to the living room. This is the dining area. It has a large timber table that seats 10, and white leather dining chairs. This is the ideal place for casual meals, taking in the gentle breezes from the ocean. The chef's kitchen is conveniently located next to the lounge area and dining areas. It is modern and well-equipped with everything one needs to make everyone happy. The Wolf oven and range are extra large and feature a high-temperature wok burner. There is also a large refrigerator with extra refrigerated drawers and zoned temperature controls. A microwave, two coffee and espresso machines, as well as a juicer, blender dishwasher, toaster and all the necessary utensils. This amazing kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and catering.

Before check-in, the villa has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Guests have access to a 24/7 concierge service, both before and after their arrival.
