Villa Summertime

The villa in Saint Bart's is available for rent with four bedrooms catering for up to eight guests. You can have the privacy of your own space, even if you are travelling with a group. Two of the rooms have their own entrances. They are located on either side of the living room and open to the terrace via sliding glass doors. There is another level below the pool where you will find the third and fourth bedrooms. This setup is ideal for couples travelling together or for families with teenage children, as there is plenty of space between all the rooms. Both have their own entrances. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with rain-head showers, are air-conditioned and have at least a partial view of the sea.

This villa's stunning outdoor space is sure to keep you busy for hours with a large terrace that runs along the front of the property. It also features a private swimming area, an ample sundeck, and an outdoor gas grill. The pool is accessible via steps that lead down from the house; it looks stunning against the green hills and turquoise sea background. Spend your days lounging by the pool, as it is available to you whenever you wish. After a refreshing swim, why not relax on a chaise lounge? There are many loungers in shaded and sunny areas at the poolside. Spend your evening having a barbecue and a few drinks surrounded by your family.

The decor inside the villa is one of natural colours that add an air of calm and sophistication. You will find this to be true in the living, dining and kitchen areas, where the rooms are light and airy with neutral materials. The eclectic, playful elements of antique furniture and screen-printed cushions match the blue sky and palm trees outside. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass door, the living space feels like an extension of the terrace. The living area itself is large and has many comfortable sofas and an entertainment system, perfect for spending the night in watching a movie. There are two dining areas available, one outside and one inside the kitchen, with the lounge area connecting to both. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and all necessary crockery.

Villa Summertime is a villa for families that offers everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. There are sound systems and televisions for your entertainment. You can enjoy the air conditioning on super hot Caribbean days or use the barbecue to prepare a delicious grilled meal outside. Your stay includes housekeeping and electricity. For an additional fee, you can request a transfer to the airport or other services such as babysitting and concierge service.
