There are 3 bedrooms in the house for 6 guests. With their uncluttered décor, calm color palette, and streamlined furnishings, these rooms were made for rest and relaxation. The master suite is on the upper level. An architectural staircase separates this room from the living room. It has a super-king bed, a work desk, a wardrobe, and bedside tables with reading lights. A glass sliding door reveals a marvelous private balcony. You will get panoramic sea and hill views from here.

The two other bedrooms are both downstairs, on the same level as the entryway. The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds, which can be joined if you want. They both open to a wide terrace. All the three bedrooms are ensuite and air-conditioned.

Most guests agree that the terrace is the best part of this luxury villa. It’s the social heart of the house. You will get panoramic views of the sea, St. Jean Lake, and the surrounding hills. The terrace has a private heated pool which overlooks the water. At night, the lighting provides a romantic ambiance. The kitchen is right beside the terrace, so you can blend your drinks and serve them easily. Remember to catch the stunning sunset views. Post the photos on your Instagram. They can certainly go viral. There is also a small outdoor dining table on the terrace, where you can have your meals while enjoying the views.

The living room is inviting and warm. Watch a movie on the large-screen television with your family. It’s an excellent way of bonding and spending quality time. The smart television also has many international channels. The sofa has extra cushions for your seating comfort.

You can dine indoors if it is raining or outside if you are in the mood to have your meal alfresco. There is a breakfast bar with high chairs and a kitchen where you will find an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and coffee maker. Feel free to use all the kitchen appliances. Glasses and plates are provided for your convenience.

You will get air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living area. In the house, you will have a smart television, sound system, iron, and a dependable internet connection to upload your holiday photos. All the bedrooms have safety boxes. The staff includes housekeepers who will clean the property daily except on Sundays and holidays. There is also a gardener and a pool person. The property manager is available on call.
