Villa Eden View is a cosy property with only two bedrooms, perfect for two couples, an intimate group of friends, or a family with children. The bedrooms can be accessed from the terrace via the side walls through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The designers have incorporated a significant amount of glass allowing guests to enjoy ocean views from anywhere in the property. Both bedrooms benefit from a king-sized four-poster bed and large-screened TV. The property has a sophisticated sound system and iPod connections. Large walk-in wardrobes allow guests ample storage, and the modern ensuite bathrooms come with rain-head showers.

You will notice stunning views from the house due to its elevated position, on top of St-Jean's hillside. Highlights include Eden Rock, St-Jean Bay and of course the views of the ocean are simply breathtaking and can be enjoyed for hours. The shifting sun, the changing clouds and the movement of the ocean on the hills nearby change the scenery every hour. Many boats and yachts will be parked along the water or zooming off in every direction. The runway is positioned directly opposite the villa allowing guests to view the planes taking off and landing. The terrace is the best spot in the house to enjoy these views, running along the front of the villa, with an infinity pool at its edge. You will feel as though you're floating out into the air by swimming up to its edge. There are shaded and sunny areas around the poolside for relaxing and lounging as you see fit. The Alfresco dining area is sympathetically positioned in the shaded area, protected from occasional rainy days. A gas barbecue is also available on the pool terrace for an evening spent having a meal with the family.

This property is brand new and in excellent condition. Villa Eden View's entire front wall opens to the spacious open-plan living/dining area. The living room is comfortable - a deep-cushioned couch allows you to spend the evening with your friends watching a movie. If you are wanting to cool down, you can close off the indoor living space and have it air-conditioned. A small library is also available with a wide variety of books that would appeal to any keen reader. The formal dining room comfortably seats 6 guests, so if you have friends on the island, they are able to enjoy the property too. You will find many modern appliances in the kitchen, including an ice machine and wine storage unit.

Villa Eden View is the perfect place to enjoy a luxurious island vacation. You will find everything you need in the property. Useful items include irons, ironing boards, cutlery, and utensils for the kitchen. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the house. The house will be kept clean by a housekeeping crew that visit six days per week. Your stay includes the cost of electricity.
