Villa Ixfalia is a property with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 guests. It has a stunning view of the Eden Rock and St Jean Bay. The unique decor is evident in the inclusion of bird nest lamps suspended from the ceilings, the display of shell necklaces inside the bedrooms, as well as the addition of exotic treasures and collectibles from owners who brought them home from their many travels. The tasteful furniture and furnishings will transport guests to far-flung destinations.
There are 4 bedrooms in Villa Ixfalia. They are located in the main house as well as the freestanding structure. All rooms have their own outdoor showers and ensuite bathrooms, except for one. The living space has 2 rooms that are located opposite the kitchen. The 3rd room is on the other side. The final room occupies its own freestanding structure, which includes a bathtub and an outdoor space.
The unusually-shaped heated pool offers guests unobstructed views of the ocean. The wooden deck is located next to the pool and has sunbeds. This area is perfect for relaxation. The home has a small patch of green grass with swaying palms that surround it. There are plenty of lounge couches around for guests to relax and enjoy the stunning sunsets and skyline.
The exotic, luxurious interiors create a serene atmosphere. Perhaps it's the way they are designed and laid out. The main house has a mix of indoor and outdoor living areas that flow seamlessly through the villa. This is due to the open layout, where the warm sea breezes can easily pass through the villa. Because of the many solid wood and straw materials used in its decor, the living room is a conversation piece. The dining room is adjacent with its long solid wood dining table. The breakfast bar is located in the corner with its marble-topped surface and hand-carved bar stools. It opens to the fully-equipped kitchen, which has clean walnut wood cabinets and drawers.
Villa Ixfalia guests will enjoy a variety of pampering services. At Villa Ixfalia, guests will be met at their arrival and taken to the villa's grounds. A concierge team will also assist with any questions or concerns. A housekeeping team is available to clean the villa's grounds every day, except Sundays and on public holidays.
