Villa Xanadu

Villa Xanadu is home to four bedrooms, three of them are located in the same pavilion. Two rooms with queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms are located adjacent to the living room. One bedroom has direct access to a pool and the other opens onto the deck. A floating staircase leads to the third bedroom upstairs. This is the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom is in a separate bungalow, with its own entrance. The room has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are cosy with slanted roof ceilings with iPod Docks, and TV with Dish Network.

Villa Xanadu is located on a cliffside so you can enjoy a beautiful view of St Jean bay, Pelican beach, the Eden Rock Hotel and its neighbouring islands. The home is surrounded by palm plantations, which gives it a tropical vibe. The first bungalow has a shaded area with an outdoor dining set by the pool. It can accommodate eight people. There are also a few sofa chairs that can be arranged on the other side. Villa Xanadu offers stunning views of the oceanside, making it a great place to enjoy some spectacular sunsets at night.

The larger Villa Xanadu bungalow features a living area with access to three rooms and a terrace. The living room features an L-shaped sofa, couch chairs as well as a TV and bookshelf. The terrace facing the blue ocean is the best place to enjoy the view. There is a separate TV room with bright yellow walls and art pieces. A bungalow with a kitchen overlooks the bay and includes an outdoor counter as well as a barbecue facility. The outdoor dining area allows you to enjoy delicious meals while taking in the view. You will find all the modern conveniences in the kitchen, including a blender, toaster, espresso machine, dishwasher and microwave oven.

The villa is fully equipped with modern comforts to ensure a relaxing stay. When making your reservation, make sure you specify high chairs and baby cots for your children. Parking is available for guests. For any other service requirements, our concierge staff will be available to assist. Housekeeping visits are completed daily, except for Sundays and public holidays.
