Recently, the house has been renovated and modernised. Another bedroom was also added during this process, so there are now four bedrooms that can accommodate eight people. Casa Tigre has three levels, the middle level houses the master suite with a king-sized bed, satellite TV, DVD and iPod dock. It opens onto a wonderful balcony with complete privacy. The ensuite bathroom includes a lovely, deep bathtub. There are two bedrooms located on the second floor, each with queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms open onto the terrace. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level, with a kitchenette and two twin beds.
Because of the beautiful Caribbean waters right outside your door, the ocean view is the best part of this villa. You will wake up to the sounds of exotic birds and the sun shining off the waves as you rise in the morning. The stars shine through the water at night, creating a dream-like space. Casa Tigre is a beautiful outdoor location that can be used as a complete getaway. You can enjoy an outdoor lifestyle on the terrace, with its private swimming pool and lounging area. The sun deck has many poolside loungers, and there is a casual dining area with rattan seats and a table available. Here you can spend an entire day looking out at the horizon and admiring the views over a few cocktails and a barbecue.

Two small offices are available for you to work in privacy if necessary, although it might be difficult with the views on offer! The living room is spacious and has many couches and chairs so everyone can spend the evening watching a movie together or chatting. The formal dining room has a large table that can seat all guests. You will find many modern appliances in the kitchen for cooking a meal when you please.
