Villa Rock is a newly built villa that combines modern flair with clean, conventional architecture. It is one of the newest vacation properties built in St Bart's hills of Camaruche. The villa boasts a tranquil and relaxing palette of neutral colours and offers an alternative to the traditional Caribbean style of living. It also commands stunning views over Lorient Bay from its many vantage points. Villa Rock has three bedrooms that can accommodate six guests with seamlessly blended indoor and outdoor living.
The large, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors allow plenty of light and an outdoor view of the lush green area. The three bedrooms are all equal in size and floor space, with two rooms located upstairs and one downstairs. Every room has a European king-sized bed, air conditioning, HDTV with dish TV network and an ensuite bathroom.
The villa's outdoor grounds include a large wooden deck with sundeck chairs, and an infinity pool that extends out towards the ocean. This area also has an alfresco dining space where guests can enjoy a meal under a covered shelter on a warm evening. In addition, guests can use the sizable modern barbecue pit throughout their stay.
The villa's well-integrated living and kitchen spaces will please guests. The living area is open-plan and features white sofas that guests can lounge on like true Caribbean islanders. In addition, a large contemporary kitchen island doubles as a place to entertain guests and a breakfast bar.
A 24/7 concierge team can assist guests with any requests or arrangements. A housekeeping team will also clean the villa daily except Sundays and public holidays. The team will greet guests at the airport or harbour and continue to assist with departure. A welcome gift package will be sent to guests upon arrival, which includes plush Hermes toiletries.
Villa Rock is high up on Camaruche, the northern-central portion of the island, and overlooks Lorient Bay. It's a short drive from Gustavia, the capital of the island. Here guests can explore popular restaurants, boutique shops, and museums.
